About Reiki

Reiki is the vital life energy which flows through all living things and which can be utilised for the purpose of healing. Reiki practitioners believe that everyone has the ability to connect to their own healing energy and use it for the purposes of strengthening the Ki (or life energy) of others.

The Reiki practitioner channels the Ki through their hands to the recipient, activating the body's natural ability to support itself. Reiki healing is a relaxing, complementary therapy that can help the body to build its natural ability to self heal as well as allowing you to balance your emotions, clear your mind and maintain a healthy, stress-free lifestyle.

I'm teaching Shoden on the 14th & 17th May, cost is £120.00 for the 2 day course. As I have limited places on this course as I like to keep my classes small.  Please bring a packed lunch with you.

Crystal course

Bringing in The Light; Crystal Therapy Course:

The aim of this certificated course will teach an understanding of crystals, how they can help in everyday life, the Chakra system, the Subtle Bodies and how they can affect the energy around and within us.

Crystals have a wonderful natural energy of their own. They are easy to work with for not only treating clients but for self healing and self development. This course includes, how crystals work, what crystals do, working with crystals intuitively, practical work. The course will prepare you for and treating family, friends and clients confidently.

All course fees include full support during and after the course.

18th & 19th May 2013
29th & 30th June 2013

Time: 10am to 5.00pm on both days.

On this level you will learn how to;

• Choose, cleanse, care for and program crystals
• How crystals form and their different structures
• Grounding and Protection
• Intuitive analysis of a crystal
• Dowsing
• Learning about the Chakras and Endocrine System.
• Transpersonal Vortexes
• Chakra balancing and energizing using crystals.
• Crystal meditation
• Practical work
• Notes from the day
• Certification.

This course is held over 2 day's costing £130.00 A deposit of £50.00 will be required with the balance payable 7 days before the course date.

Back from a wonderful couple of days away with my daughter refreshed, relaxed and raring to go! I'm looking forward to teaching two courses in May, Reiki level one on the 4th & 5th and Crystal therapy, level one, on the 18th & 19th, limited places still available on the both of them.
