Just how stressed are you? Go on sit down and have a think about it for a minute and score it from 0-10, 10 being the worst. Many times we are affected by bad relationships, traumas or losses. Work related stress, depression, interpersonal problems and anxieties also affect our health. These negative emotions block the flow of energy in our system and have a detrimental effect on our health. Hypnosis and EFT will help in releasing these negative emotions and resolving the problem.
