This workshop is for anyone that would like to learn about crystals and how to look after them.

This is an ancient and natural therapy handed down by many cultures through out history. It is believed that the Ancient Greeks used ear candles, for cleansing, purifying and healing on a spiritual basis, but much later on a purely physical basis. However, the practice reached the modern world via the native American Hopi Indians of North Arizona. Used by Shaman healers their ancient wall paintings show their importance in initiation rituals and healing ceremonies of the tribe also used ear candles.


The candles are made today with natural unbleached purified beeswax, honey, cotton and a mixture of herbal essential oils, which is on the basis of the old traditional formula originating from the Hopi Indians.

The treatment is a pleasant and non-invasive treatment of the ear. A Hopi ear candle treatment is ideal for all ages and especially beneficial for children and elderly people and may help with a wide range of disorders in ears and/or sinuses, relief from headaches, migraines and have a relaxing calming effect for stress disorders.

Clients remain fully clothed throughout the treatment.

Day One

Working with our rainbow the greater part of a human being lies beyond the physical body that he/she inhabits. 

• Dr Bach, his life, philosophy and work.
• The Twelve Healers (type remedies) remedies relating to a characteristic type of personality.
• How the gesture of the plant indicates the emotional state.
• Working with the Twelve Healers. Using your understanding mind. What were you like as a child?
• Choosing your Soul Type Remedy

Day Two

The Alchemical experience is about the relationship between the microcosm of the human soul and the macrocosm of nature and the cosmos

• Overview of day 1 - any questions.
• How remedies are prepared sun method, boiling method.
• The Seven Helpers dealing with the transient mood of the psyche.
• Diagnosis of application
• Making remedies.

Day Three

Everything becomes clear ........ now it is time to work with the 38 remedies.

• Overview of day 2 - any questions.
• The second nineteen remedies.
• Bach flower remedies for animals and plants.
• Combination remedies.
• Your own personal blend.
• Dr Bach - his life, philosophy and work.

Building up a resource file.

During these three days you will be provided with a resources file to which you can add your own material as you learn, progress and merge with the remedies.

This will show you ways of adding to your learning and provide you with a foundation for continued development as you build up a personal reference file of plants and remedies and use your own experiences to broaden your knowledge.

Life experiences provide so much information. Keep notes on daily experiences, events and encounters, which bring to mind positive and negative states of remedies. Remember to record any events when you feel a certain remedy would be useful.

Julia continues to maintain her own resources file now straining at the seams with more than 20 years of accumulated knowledge and experience. And she will be the first to tell you that she continues to learn from new clients, from her walks in nature and with each of her own life experiences.

Introduction to Spiritual Development

The aim of this developmental circle, held over six evenings, is to open the spiritual connection with your higher self and the natural world - as well as strengthening the energies with each other.
